Shipping costs and delivery times

If you place an order on working days before 4:00 PM, your order will almost always be shipped the same (working) day.

We ship all our orders within the Netherlands with PostNL or DHL.

The Netherlands:

The package is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
Letterbox parcel with Track & Trace: €4.95.
Is the package a bit larger? Then the shipping costs are €6.95.

Belgium:

The cost for shipping to Belgium is 7.95 euros.

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden:

Shipping costs to the above countries are €12.95.

RETURNS

Returns Policy

Thank you for your order! Not completely satisfied?

You can then return the product within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. and depend on the shipping method you choose.

Regular products: These products may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, the purchase price (excluding all shipping costs) will be refunded to the account number we have on file for you within 7 business days of receipt.

It is important that the product is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and unused.

Special items: These products are personalized and therefore cannot be returned. This includes the following products:

  • Permanent jewelry
  • Engraved jewelry
  • Jewelry that is tailor-made especially for you, the custom-made products.

How do I return a product?

If you want to return a product, you can do so as follows:

  • To register your return, please send an email to contact@maevastudio.com . Please include your name, order number, the product, and the reason for your return.
  • Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with the return address, a return form , and any further instructions.
  • It is important that we receive your return within 14 days (after receipt).
  • Place the completed return form in the packaging or box.
  • Once your return is approved, the purchase amount (excluding all shipping costs) will be refunded to the account number we have on file within 7 business days of receipt.
  • The product must be undamaged and undamaged and must be returned in its original packaging. When you return your order, any product you received for free must also be returned. If this is not done, we will charge the retail value of that product.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and depend on your chosen shipping method. Please ensure you retain your proof of shipment. Without proof of shipment, we unfortunately cannot investigate missing returns and will therefore not refund them.

Maeva Studio has the right to reject returned products if the conditions are not met.

Tip: Verpak je item met dezelfde liefde waarmee wij het hebben verstuurd — dit verkleint de kans op schade en zorgt dat je retour vlekkeloos wordt verwerkt.
Maak eventueel voor verzending een foto van het pakket en het verzendbewijs. Zo hebben we samen altijd een referentie, mocht er iets misgaan tijdens transport.

I have received my product, but it is defective/damaged. What should I do?

How annoying to read that the product is damaged/defective. After receiving the product, immediately send an email to contact@maevastudio.com including a photo of the damage to the product. We will of course resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
