Onze pre-loved en sample jurken en accessoires zijn zorgvuldig geselecteerde items met een verhaal — liefdevol gedragen, nog met een kaartje of enkel gepast in de showroom. Deze jurken zijn meestal direct beschikbaar in standaardmaten en kunnen mee naar huis of verzonden worden zonder lange wachttijd. Van de meeste items hebben wij ook maar 1 stuk op voorraad.

Houd er rekening mee dat lichte sporen van pasvorm of liefde zichtbaar kunnen zijn; dat maakt ze niet minder bijzonder, maar net iets unieker. Wij proberen deze sporen altijd duidelijk te vermelden of te laten zien op onze website.

Omdat elke bruid haar eigen silhouet heeft, raden we aan je jurk professioneel te laten aanpassen door een coupeuse voor een perfecte pasvorm.

Een pre-loved item is niet alleen een bewuste keuze. Het is duurzaam, elegant en couture voor een zachter prijskaartje. Of je nu op zoek bent naar jouw eerste look of een prachtige tweede jurk, onze pre-loved collectie biedt iconische ontwerpen met karakter én geschiedenis. Ready to be loved (again).

We begrijpen dat geen enkel lichaam hetzelfde is. Onze maattabellen geven je een startpunt, maar we adviseren altijd om je maten zorgvuldig op te nemen volgens onze meetgids. Omdat ieder merk een eigen maattabel hanteert, kan je maat per ontwerp verschillen. Voor de perfecte fit raden we aan je jurk na aankoop te laten afspelden en aanpassen door een ervaren coupeuse.

Val je tussen twee maten? Kies dan meestal voor de grotere maat. Een jurk kan altijd worden ingenomen, maar extra stof toevoegen is vaak lastiger. Wij helpen je graag bij deze keuze.

Gemiddeld beginnen bruiden 6 tot 8 weken voor de bruiloft met de eerste passessie bij de coupeuse. Zo is er genoeg tijd voor meerdere afpas-momenten en eventuele verfijningen.

Voor accessoires zoals sluiers, handschoenen en haarstukken raden we aan minimaal 8 tot 12 weken voor de bruiloft te bestellen, vooral als het gaat om maatwerk. Zo hebben we de tijd om elk detail perfect af te stemmen op jouw look.

Onze handschoenen worden speciaal voor jou gemaakt, zodat ze perfect aansluiten bij jouw jurk en persoonlijke stijl. Geef ons je handomtrek, bovenarm omtrek en polsomtrek en wij zorgen voor een luxueus, handgemaakt paar dat als een tweede huid voelt.

Bij Maeva Bridal Couture vind je een zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie sluiers die variëren van tijdloos klassiek tot gedurfd modern.

Van minimalistische, enkel-laagse sluiers tot dramatische cathedral-length designs — en alles daartussen. Denk aan klassieke mantilla-sluiers met kant, romantische blusher-sluiers, of moderne, transparante creaties zonder rand. Elk ontwerp is met de hand geselecteerd of op maat gemaakt om naadloos aan te sluiten bij jouw jurk én jouw persoonlijkheid. We helpen je graag de stijl te vinden die jouw jurk en persoonlijkheid aanvult.

Hang je sluier op een hanger met een zachte, stoffen hoes om kreukels te voorkomen. Vermijd vochtige ruimtes en direct zonlicht om vergeling te voorkomen. Laat hem eventueel stomen of licht persen vlak voor de bruiloft voor een frisse, vloeiende look.

Bewaar je jurk in een ademende kledinghoes (geen plastic) op een koele, droge plek. Hang hem hoog genoeg zodat de zoom de grond niet raakt. Voor extra bescherming kun je zijdepapier gebruiken tussen delicate lagen.

Laat je jurk zo snel mogelijk professioneel reinigen door een specialist in bruidsmode. Daarna kun je hem bewaren in een zuurvrije bewaardoos met zijdepapier, zodat hij generaties lang mooi blijft.

Ja, met plezier. Wij kijken verder dan alleen de jurk: van sluier tot handschoenen, van sieraden tot haaraccessoires. We helpen je een harmonieuze en tijdloze look te creëren die jouw verhaal vertelt.

Zeker. We helpen regelmatig bruiden wereldwijd. Stuur ons je maten door in centimeters én inches, en wij zorgen dat deze correct vertaald worden naar de maattabel van het merk van jouw keuze.

If you place an order on working days before 4:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same (working) day.

The Netherlands:

The package is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

We ship all our orders with PostNL. Jewelry should fit in a letterbox package.

Costs:

Letterbox parcel with Track & Trace: €4.95.

Is the package a bit larger? Then the shipping costs are €6.95 (bags, trays, etc.).

Then you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. The costs of return shipping are at your own expense and depend on the shipping method you choose.

Normal products: these products may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. As soon as your return has been approved, the purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) will be refunded to the account number known to us within 7 working days of receipt.

It is important that the product is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and has not been used.

Special items: these products are personalized and therefore cannot be returned. This concerns the following products:

• Permanent jewelry
• Engraved jewelry
• Jewelry that is tailor-made especially for you, the custom-made products.

If you want to return a product, you can do this as follows:

• Register your return by sending an email to contact@maevastudio.com . Please state your name, order number, the product and why you want to return the product.
• If your return request has been confirmed, you will receive an email from us containing the return address, a returns form and any further instructions.
• It is important that we receive your return within 14 days (after receipt).
• Place the completed returns form in the packaging or box.
• As soon as your return has been approved, the purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) will be refunded to the account number known to us within 7 working days of receipt.
• The product must not be damaged or worn and must be returned in the original packaging. When you return your order, any product you received for free must also be returned. If this does not happen, we will charge the sales value of this product.
• The costs of a return shipment are for your own account and depend on the shipping method you choose. Make sure you keep the proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate missing returns without proof of shipment and they will therefore not be refunded.

Maeva Studio has the right to reject returned products if the conditions are not met.

How annoying to read that the product is damaged/defective. After receiving the product, immediately send an email to contact@maevastudio.com including a photo of the damage to the product. We will of course resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Certainly. As soon as your order is delivered, we ask you to check all products within 14 days. Is something wrong? Send an email to contact@maevastudio.com with an explanation of the problem and photos of the product in question. We will be happy to offer you a solution.

After the fourteen-day trial period, Maeva Studio provides a 30-day warranty on the quality of the product and a one-year warranty for 14k gold products. The warranty on metal or stainless steel jewelry only covers manufacturing defects.

If there is a problem with the product within this period, please send an email to contact@maevastudio.com.

If we find that it is covered by the warranty, we will of course provide a suitable solution. However, it is up to us to decide which of the following options we offer.

• If the product can be repaired, we will repair it
• If repair of the product is not possible, we will provide you with a replacement product.
• If it is not possible to repair the product and we no longer have it in stock, we will offer an alternative product.
• Do you not agree with the alternative product? We will then offer you a refund.

The warranty expires when:

• The product has a defect caused by improper use
• If you or others have made changes to the product
• If you have used it in a way for which the article is not intended
• Damage due to water and/or fire
• Damage due to traces of use, such as scratches or discoloration
• Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin
• Discoloration due to the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hair spray
• Discoloration due to cleaning with chemicals
• Loss of back of earrings
• We cannot refund lost jewelry items, we require the defective item to offer compensation or repair
